Steve is a native Mississippian and a retired military veteran.  He is affiliated with Kaizen Realty of Germantown, TN.  Steve is experienced with military construction, human resources, people programs, and real world strategic planning, and he is skilled at juggling complex projects or problems.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, a master’s degree in counseling and human development, and a master’s degree in business administration.  Steve is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Northwest Mississippi Association of REALTORS, and is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Steve is personally familiar with the unique real estate challenges–rightsizing, moving, accessibility, affordability–which face senior adults and their extended families.  He conceived BetterLifeSpace to offer a full range of transition services linking his work as a real estate agent with other critical needs like packing & relocation and estate sales.  In his spare time, Steve is passionate about mentoring and serving others.
